Lefton China was founded in 1940-41 Chicago by George Zoltan Lefton, formerly from Hungary. Although he had no professional experience with porcelain or china prior to moving to the United States he was a passionate collector and Lefton's became known for it's wide variety of delicate china items. In 1945 Lefton traveled to Japan where he made an agreement allowing him to produce the first Lefton china products, originally marked "Made in Occupied Japan".
This lovely set of vintage shabby chic rose finger hold candle holders in a delicate pink are chip and crack free, but have some hazing consistent with age. They are approximately 4" wide.
